Drafted in alignment with the EU Startup & Scaleup Strategy, the Volume is specifically developed for policymakers. From the current state-of-play in the European landscape to best practices, it takes stock of IP valorisation processes and assess how to facilitate technology transfer, with the eventual aim of fostering competitiveness and sovereignty at scale.
